Evening Appointments Available

This is just a reminder that Holbus Law Office now offers late evening appointments.  We will be open until 10pm Monday through Wednesday, except for October 1 – 3.  The following week, any adjustments that need to be made will be made, and the new extended hours will be made permanent.
We made this change to better accommodate  our clients – many of whom work during the same hours we were open.  We realize that if you’re considering bankruptcy, you probably want to work as many hours as you can.  By making appointments available during the evening hours, we hope that nobody needs to take time off of work for their free, initial consultation.  And since we are open until 10pm from Monday to Wednesday, that also means that people commuting from outlying areas from Green Bay (such as Appleton, Oshkosh, Shawano, Oconto, Kewaunee, Marinette, Manitowoc, and Sturgeon Bay) won’t feel as rushed to get here.

E-pay for Chapter 13 Clients

A while back, I announced that Trustee Thomas J. King planned to launch a new online payment option for Chapter 13 debtors assigned to him.  The scheduled release date is going to be on or about October 1, 2012.  Those interested in using this option should monitor the trustee’s website at http://www.ch13oshkosh.com/.
Prior to the start date, the trustee is also asking for beta testers for this system.  Anyone interested in giving it a shot should call his office directly.

Expanded Office Hours

Holbus Law Office is pleased to announce that we will be expanding our office hours to better accommodate our clients.
Michelle Denil, our office manager, will continue to staff the office from Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.  Atty. Greg Holbus will shift his availability to accommodate evening appointments from Monday though Wednesday, from 2pm to 10pm.  He will continue to offer daytime appointments Thursday and Friday.  The net effect is that the office will be open for the following hours:
Monday: 9am-10pm
Tuesday: 9am-10pm
Wednesday: 9am-10pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
We will start this out as a two week trial – during the weeks of 9/16 and 9/26 – to see if any unanticipated complications arise or if any adjustments need to be made.  Atty. Holbus will be on vacation the week of 9/30.  When he returns on 10/7, these hours will become permanent.  If any adjustments need to be made, an announcement will be posted at that time.
The outside doors to the office complex lock shortly after 5pm, so any clients with appointments after 5pm should continue to use the rear entrance (from the parking lot) and buzz Suite 118 when they arrive so we can let you in.
