Effective January 1, 2016, there will no longer be Chapter 13 hearings in Sheboygan. Debtors residing in Calumet and Manitowoc counties will be going to Green Bay for their hearings, and debtors residing in Sheboygan county will go to Milwaukee. This change makes the hearing locations for residents of these three counties the same as those who file under Chapter 7.
There will be a change in office hours going into effect on January 1, 2016, and those hours will be formally announced on the website by December 1, 2015.
From January 1 to April 30, my availability for evening appointments will be expanded to include Thursdays, with the trade-off that the office will open a little later in the morning most days.
From May 1 to December 30, the office will generally only be open in the afternoon, with evening appointments available on Wednesdays and morning appointments available on Thursdays. In exchange for the limited availability during the week, there will be office hours on Saturdays.
The reason for these changes is simple – about two months ago, I joined the cast and crew of Terror on the Fox. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time, a project that is personally very important to me, and something to which I want to dedicate as much time as is practical and reasonable. These new office hours have been carefully selected to allow me to work this haunt, yet still offer enough flexibility to accommodate my clients’ needs.
